RETURNS POLICY: Patterns, books, and special orders are not returnable. If you have received something that is damaged, notify me immediately by phone (979-779-8113) or email. We will arrange for the return, and I will send a replacement. Damaged products are exchangeable for same titles only. Shipping is not refundable. All returns must be in new, unopened condition.
